One International Centre
At One International Centre, the goal was to move beyond the uniformly green but monotonous landscape of a typical office campus. The existing planting was unevenly distributed — high-visibility areas like pedestrian routes and entry points lacked colour, while shaded peripheries felt underused. The new strategy introduces an expressive planting palette that responds to light, shade, and the rhythms of daily movement across the campus. Where there was uniform green, there is now seasonal change, textural contrast, and a clear visual hierarchy — a working landscape that feels calm, curated, and alive.
