Founded in 2023, we are a context-led urban design and masterplanning studio, working from city visions and district frameworks to the landscapes and public realm that bring them to life. A successful sthala — a place — does three things at once: it works, it endures, and it belongs. Our practice is built on four pillars: spatial analysis, social dynamics, cultural context, and environmental impact.
